When you buy your AVG product online, it by default remains on auto-renewal state which means your subscription will automatically get renewed and you will be charged the whole amount. In case, you do not want to continue with subscription then there are two ways of cancelling it, which are mentioned below:

• Cancel Subscription through the notification email that you received at the time of original purchase.
• Open the original mail that you received at the time of purchase, then click on the link that describes how to cancel the subscription.
• If you are directed to the website, click yes.
• You will receive an email with subject “AVG Subscription Cancellation request”
•  Click on the confirmation link in that mail to cancel the subscription. Note: In some regions, the original email link will direct you to an Unsubscribe link. Click on that unsubscribe link to confirm your request.
• Cancel subscription by logging in to AVG My Account.
• Login to AVG My Account and click on “My Subscription” page.
• Click on the link “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your request.
